Happy Birthday Veretekk

Amazing it has been 3 years since we launched the official Veretekk affiliate system. But Veretekk is a lot older than that and Inetekk is even older and the vision is even older than that.

Looking back is like visiting old battlefields. The vision began back in 1994 or their about when the first MLM (Powernet) I was in collapsed. I had the foresight to keep most of my contacts in a separate database on my computer but the collapse was devastating to everyone, including myself. It was this event that gave birth to building an online marketing system that was generic and could be configured to promote anything. The idea was that all the web links, leads, email, etc. was not controlled by another MLM but gave me the ability to keep running if things went bad again.

It was originally built on my domain wavefour.com. I still have that version running on another domain. It was a new concept at the time and we started picking up business building private labeled versions of it for other MLM companies, like BigSmart, Bbco-op, Changes Int., Gas Up, etc. What a nightmare that was. We built hundreds for all these upstart MLM companies and not one paid their bill in full. This is where I lost respect for the MLM industry as a whole.

One of the new technologies we built during this time was the FFA system that stored the leads in your back office database and also sent auto responders that you designed when some one submitted. This is when I met SpamCop and found our Internet connection getting terminated for spam. That was the inspiration that started Veremail and built not only double opt in and email but built a third party validation system for 'Level 3 our provider' so we could prove to them that not only had we complied we went above board giving them access to a search function for any emails they got complaints from. Veremail was born! This was around 1997. And the Bully Pulpit was born but back then we called it the Email Dripper. A year before Aweber was launched and that is another story involving the 1998 Pre-Paid Legal convention were I was supposed to be a Key speaker announcing Veremail to the distributors at the convention. But Pre-Paid changed their mind at the last minute canceling my speaking engagement and instead had Tom Weber of Aweber announce his soon to be released Aweber program. However as fate would have it, I met my partner Mike Darling at this convention.

During this time we called it, "The Inetekk Marketing System". As we became disenfranchised with joint venturing, we moved on to building just for our system. At the time we sold it for $19.95 and built it on the domain, aolms.com. Automated Online Marketing System. Around the same time we still had a few private labeled system, one of them with a company called Product Driven. Almost all of our subscribers were mostly in aolms.com at the time. Aolms was the predecessor of Veretekk as you will see.

We had completed the Veremail technology and it was working pretty good. We made it an ad-on for another $19.85.

In January 2004 AOL filed a domain dispute against us for using aolms.com claiming it violated their trademark. We lost and had to scramble moving everyone over to a new domain. That is when it dawned on me that we needed to brand the Inetekk Marketing System. Veretekk was born.

At the same time Product Driven was failing to pay us over $50,000 owed and things with them were not looking good. The upside of Product Driven is we discovered the VOIP conference room and started using it ourselves. This made a big improvement for training people.

Mid 2004 we separated from Product Driven and got a new conference room from Tim Romero. We branded the conference room, Vereconference.

February 2005, Paul Stanton asked me 'why don't you make Veretekk an affiliate MLM opportunity'? The timing was right and Mike Darling my partner built the genealogy and compensation system within a few hours after I talked with Mike about this. This is the same genealogy system we have today.

I was blown away that it only took a few hours for Mike to build it. We did a beta test pre launch for the affiliate Veretekk system in March. It ran without issue. We officially launched Veretekk the affiliate program on April 01, 2005!

At this point Mike and I still had massive work to do with Veretekk. We wanted to convert the whole system over to PHP from CGI. This took over a year to accomplish without disrupting service. While doing this we kept adding more tools and spent massive amounts of money on servers.

It was also around this time we launched our first Profit Portal Vereconference making the conference rooms a resellable service paying commissions to our Veretekk subscribers. The beginning of monitizing Veretekk for our subscribers had begun.

My next biggest challenge was Dec 2006. Tim Romero sold his company and we had to rebuild from scratch a new Vereconference system and do so within 30 days. We re-launched Vereconference on Feb 01, 2007.

This story is a very condensed version. The whole story would make a 2 inch book and someday I will write that book.

When I look back at what Mike and I have built I am humbled that we are the architects of this beautiful system. Mike and I have poured our life and blood, sweat and tears into it for over 10 years of 20+ hours a day.

I feel like Noah building the ark. In a way Veretekk is an Ark, a vessel to rescue the masses from the dark and sinister hypsters and rip-offs on the Internet. A sanctuary from the broken dreams caused by 99% of the MLM companies in this industry.

With great passion and so very thankful to God above for guiding me through this process, I say Happy Birthday Veretekk. May you live a long and prosperous life!

It's BONUS TIME!
Do you want to earn $500, $5000 or more by April 01!

Bench Mark bonus update. Just a few days left for the month and the bonus stands at $1,260.00. It fluctuates with cancellations, account failures and restores and new upgrades.

Here is how it works. At the beginning of the month we set the number of Gold subscribers as the Bench Mark then subtract that from the end of the month and if there is a positive growth, we multiply that times $20 and pay that bonus to the subscriber that had the most Gold accounts increase in their front line.

On April 1st we will be sending a Bully Pulpit naming the winner! We will also honor the winner at next Sunday's conference as well as throw Veretekk a Birthday Partry.

See you this Sunday!

FreeFFAs is rocking the Net!.

Freeffas is growing at a stellar rate. The commissions are getting big.

But the real value here is a FFA leads system that utilizes hundreds of different Veretekk domains we built ffa systems on back in the late 1990s and early 2000.

These old ffa systems were built back when Inetekk was building old private labeled Automated Marketing systems that included our original ffa system. These ffa sites are still left alone as they have been included in every remote submission service and software found on the Internet.

I remember back then when these remote services started submitting to these sites and it crashed our servers. We had to build a ffa server farm with 10 dedicated load balanced servers to handle it.

We have the oldest ffa systems on the Internet. This is why Freeffas has the best quality and the largest daily loads of leads. There are many FFA leads systems out there and they all charge more than we do and as much as $59.00 per month and none of them offer the quality or amount we offer for only $10 per month.

We pay 50% of that out to Veretekk Gold subscribers. They are easy to promote and there is a large market out there looking for good quality leads.

Many of you have already discovered this and the commissions many of you are receiving is not only paying for your Freeffas account but is also paying for your Gold Veretekk system and making you some pocket cash.

This is exactly why we did this.

We are going to continue monytizing Veretekk assets like this so you folks can put real money in your pockets.

If you have yet to get a Freeffa account than go to your site and signup. http://leos.freeffas.com.

Mike and I will never rest.

I am Still working on the Bully Pulpit Upgrade
Your Bully Pulpit email captures are about to load as fast as lightening

I have rebuilt the Bully Pulpit database to run from a master server and slave server SQL system. This will make your Bully Pulpit load like lightening.

As it stands we have had to expand the table from 26 to 700+. Doing this is necessary to guarantee your access to the huge expanding email_capture database loads like lightening. So it will probably be another week. I am a perfectionist and want this load to be fast. not just now. but for the foreseeable future.

To find out more about this, come to this Sunday's conference.

Let's pack the house!

What is Your Marketing Message Really Telling People?

A couple of weeks ago I decided to put a steatlh email in our very own freeffas.com site. This way I can see what people in Veretekk are promoting, how well they understand what we are teaching etc. It's been a fun test... let me tell ya. I've seen some awesome marketing emails, titles and video's. Also I've seen marketing that could use some improvement. Last week I talked about creating a name or brand that stands out online. In some of the bully pulpit's sent out this week I noticed members saying Google them. A little word of advise; before you put that in an email, make sure they find YOU not someone else that has a name like you. In other words, if you have a common name you better do lots of SEO work before putting that in an email.

Another little pet peeve I noticed is, promising to take you step by step and guide you though Veretekk but asking you opt into another autoresponder service. Come on give me a break. Don't tell someone to follow you step by step through something and use a competing service to build your list! At least opt them into Veremail. No a newbie isn't going to realize what you have done, education is the key. In my training this week I will show you how to tell the difference.

There are many other uses for having a stealth email address in our freeffas.com site. Another way I use it is to help get to know the "community" better so you can make wise decisions on who you would like to partner with. I learned along time ago the internet is like a huge ocean and with many good fishing holes. When marketing on the net you can pick and choose who you want to do business with, just because they are breathing doesn't nessarily mean they are right for your business.
